Pork and steak were thrown away. Owner will put more ice around pans. 29  Observed the following plumbing to be improperly installed or maintained: There is a leak in the condenser pipe behind the fan in the walk-in cooler. Provide for all plumbing to be sized, installed, and maintained in accordance with applicable provisions of the Illinois State Plumbing Code.
